My friend Ted will be filling the steel chair tonight Sat. 12-10-05 from 6-8pm est. at the Heartland Hayride show.
Ted is a great player and really nice guy so if you get a chance listen in online. If you are in the central west N.J. or eastern Pa. area you can listen on 89.7 fm.
I have been playing this show for over three years and I'll be moving on after the new year so If any steelers in the area would like to play on the show, email me and I can put you in touch with the right people.
It's a lot of fun if you like old time country music.

I have heard Ted play when I was living in Wilmington, DE and he is a really smooth and tasteful player and can really burn if they let him open up the throttle!!

Mr. Lawson, I'm going to miss your playing on Saturday evenings on WDVR. My wife, my son, and I went to the show at the Stockton NJ Firehouse on the 10th and heard Ted and the gang. We loved it.
[This message was edited by Terry Robbins on 16 December 2005 at 06:03 PM.]

I heard that Ted did a great job this past Sat. but I knew he would. I'll miss the shows but I have family matters to attend to. I'll still be playing in Atlantic City but only about once a month.
They always give us CD's of the radio shows so I'll get to hear it pretty soon.
