I will have pics later today. Can anyone tell me a ballpark on these items in average shape. Like I said no one will hold you to it just someplace to start.

Depends on the model. A Model M and matching amp would be the most desireable and maybe get you $800-1000 for the pair in vg condition.

I would $600 for the pair. The steel is a Century, the amp is a Century, as well.

yes, that is a Century Epiphone. I have a 1939 model. it is a nice lap steel. a friend has an amp as pictured. he paid 350 for it. I paid 350 for the steel six years ago from ebay.
