I wanted to share with you all a few pictures of my brand new Jackson Blackjack Custom which was built for me by David Jackson. This guitar is so great, it is beautiful, sounds incredible and plays perfectly. The mechanics are very accurate and have a nice feel to them. I played the guitar on two gigs this weekend and got lots of complements on my tone. Special thanks to Dawn Jackson for helping me pick out the perfect guitar for me, and Harry Jackson for the machine work. The Jacksons are a pleasure to deal with on every level and the guitars they make are truly works of art that play and sound beautifully. I had a ball hanging out with them all in St Louis and am proud to be an owner of a custom made Jackson Steel Guitar.
I will not be selling my Emmons just yet so all you PP people dont start with me, besides if I ever do sell it, it will be going to my friend Doug B Wink

I love the look of that guitar. I am hoping to get one myself in a D10. I may have to steal that color from you.

Congrats Karen, a very wise choice. I enjoyed playing your new Jackson last week! It's very well made, plays smooth and sounds great. That guitar will serve you well for many years to come!

it is single coil so there is a slight hum but it is not bad, i really have to have the vol pedal all at full throttle to hear it. this guitar has a crazy amount of sustain. not sure what David did to it (he wouldnt tell me in st louis Laughing ) but its pretty unbelievable !

That's a great picture, Karen. It looks like you're working on something good and getting a lot of appreciation from your bandmate. Awesome shirt too... that would be perfect for the GH band. Cool
