Little Roy Wiggins did a lot of George Morgans cuts but the young guy in the vidio don't look like Roy.
Someone will tell us. :)

Could be Don Davis. He also did some work with Cowboy Copas.

This Steel Player is using Pedals. I don't think Roy Wliggens was known as a Pedal Steel Player.

I've never seen Don Davis playing a pedal steel but anything's possible........

But from his rather 'stiff'posture......
it would be MY GUESS that it is indeed Don Davis.

I don't know if that is Don Davis, but Don was/is a steel guitar player. He married Anita Carter - twice!!
