The next meeting of the West Texas Steel Guitar Association will be on October 30th at 3:15pm, which is Sunday at the Ball Ranch. Normally our meetings are at 2pm, but The Ball Ranch will have a Sunday show that day, and Gary Ball has asked us to start about an hour later than normal. So everyone, it will be at 3:15pm instead of 2pm. Albert Talley and Randall Palmore will be our featured steel guitarists for the day. Terry Thompson will be the drummer, Bobby Rountree will play bass for us, and yours truly will play lead guitar. Please tell everyone about the meeting and let's have another great turnout. Hope to see everyone there on October 30th. Later!
Thanks,
Larry Toliver

Hey Gary,
Thanks for the bump, and I am looking forward to seeing you at the meeting. It looks to be a great time for us all. I am working on this months newsletter, and am trying to precede the meeting by about a week. Tell everyone about the time: 3:15 because Gary Ball has a show at lunchtime that day (and I have to perform also) and we will be an hour later for our meeting. It should be no problem!
Take care and we'll see you there!

Larry, I hope your meeting is a good one. I never did get anything so I could sign up for your club. Whatever was in the email you sent never would open. Donna

Sounds like it's going to be another good one Larry. I don't see any problem here with starting an hour later.

Hey Gary,
Yes, it will be a good meeting! Albert Talley and Randall Palmore lighting up the stage with their steel guitars, and Bob Rountree on Bass, and Terry Thompson on drums. What a great day for the steel & country music. Be there for all of the fun, networking, excitement, and amps for sale, etc. Hope to see everyone there on October 30th at 3:15pm sharp.
Thanks,
Larry Toliver

Hey Fred,
You know it wouldn't be the same if you weren't there! I'm so glad you're a part of our association. I'll try to have the newsletter out about a week before the meeting. Take care of the cameras this time so there will be no new mishaps!
Take care,

Hey Gary - Hey Bobby,
Glad to hear from ya'll! Yep, It will be a good afternoon of nice steelin! A good backup band also, and except for that ole lead player! Hope everyone can make it, but Bobby, the gas here is only 2.40/gallon. So just get enough to get here and buy some to get home on. (ha) Looking forward to another chance to get together.

Just another quick note to let everyone that Curtis Potter will also be there. He and Albert Talley have played together many times, in Hank Thompsons band for instance. They are both looking forward to it. Just another good reason to be there!
