The calendar has officially been marked!!! I've been looking forward to this one a LOT since I couldn't make it to the last one. And getting to see and hear Russ & Laney makes it doubly exciting. This is always a family reunion, so come on and join the fun.

The fall show! Russ, Herby, the Georgia Gang, and the absolute BEST staff band anywhere! Russ finally gets his hot dog, and Roger gets his birthday lap dance from Charles...
I'm pretty sure that Ernest Cawby will be breaking out that "new" Sho-Bud, and as always, 100% of the proceeds go to the Shriners' Hospitals. Come on, enjoy yourself.

I always look forward to this show. It still surprises me that this small town can draw such great talent from around the country. If you all havent been to the Saluda Show, you've missed some of the best people on earth.

If you plan to play on Sunday, please let me (864) 456-9547 or Charles know. We tried this last time, and it worked out pretty good---made scheduling a breeze! We're really looking forward to having Russ, Herby, and everybody else for the last Saluda show of 2005! Good food, and a lot of clean fun. Got an old amp you no longer need, or a pedal you don't want? Bring it, and sell it---Plenty of table space available.
Looking to make this one of the best ever!!!
[This message was edited by Stephen Gambrell on 23 October 2005 at 09:41 PM.]

Hey guys...I'm really looking forward to the show...it's gettin' close; I'm ready for my hotdog, S.G....Laney's gonna be pushing her 'Russless' deal and this will be the perfect time to let her know that this is a STEEL show, not the Grand Ole Opry, by buying more of MY CDs than hers...it doesn't happen too often, but surely down there in 'Slim Mims Country' it can happen.
See ya'll soon,
Russ
P.S. Clyde B.,I sure hope you make it

How 'bout a little bump? Charles Reece has used his considerable influence to get the price of gas lowered a little bit, to make the trip more affordable---so Y'ALL COME!!!

That's OK, Jim----you got any idea where we can find a drummer who can keep time??? Image Image

by Rob Parker
Stephen,
Don't know about keeping time, but find you someone with the green apple quick step, standing outside a pay toilet, with 4 pennies in his hand, and you will see some strange , but quick moves...and a look of panic....

RP...'come on in'...

I won't be there Saturday but I will be there Sunday. I got a payin' gig Sat nite. Gas being what it is, it will help with the trip. See y'all then.
