Does anyone know where to get replacement bulbs for the above mentioned foot volume pedal?
Have had the pedal a long long time!

I was able to locate 757 bulbs which did not have the "S" on them. at NAPA Auto stores,
they are listed at 28 volts , .08 amps and I am not sure if that would be the correct voltage with this over 30 yr old pedal.
Attempts to read the socket voltage were negative with a multimeter for some reason? Maybe very low like 2 or 3 volts?
If anyone knows the voltages on these pedals please let me know and I may then find a similar bulb.

Be careful with that pedal. I've seen reports of potential AC power shock if not careful with these. I know there are several still using them, but most have either retired them or converted them to a standard pot type pedal.

I had read of them causing shock etc if in a wet venue. In facy someone said they sent theirs in for repair and they would not return it, instead sent them a new type!

Pete - Many, many years ago I sent one back to Goodrich. They said they didn't have the parts to repair it and would not return it to me. No offer of a replacement pedal though!

I just talked to "Ollie" at Goodrich.
He said wow , that is an old one.
He did not however know what voltage the pedal used.
He said a 757 bulb which is correct except back then the 757 had an S over th 757. Today's bulbs do not have the S and I suspect the voltage may be much different 30+ years later!
Any how I will try todays 757 when I get one and see how it works.Pete

Generally, the extra designation, such as the "S" was used to designate some extra or modification to the bulb, such as long lasting, heavy duty, etc. But the basic voltage of the lamp remained the same.

The voltage will typically be AC instead of DC... try your VOM both ways when measuring.

i need to find one of those bulbs also.

everything i have looked up on the net shows it available for about a buck and the voltage is 28v. if you have ever looked at the bulb when the pot is working, its not very bright at all. looks like its not working at full out put.

let me know where you find the bulb, and if it works. i will try the napa store also.

i stopped at NAPA and picked up a few of the 757 bulbs that go in these 400 series goodrich light pedals. it worked just fine. cost a little less than $2. you can find them on the net for +/-$1, but by the time you pay the shipping on them, NAPA is about the same deal.
pedal is on the air and working just fine. i have looked around inside of it...i still cant figure out how it works! lol
