Good people I just received a few sample cuts from Mike McGee's new CD. Very, very, nice. If you like smooth steel playing and good song selection you are going to like this album. The amazing thing about this CD I understand is that Mike plays all the parts himself. Guitars, bass, string machine, steel, etc. The kid is eat up with talent. I knew he had the "jazz" the first session I worked with him over thirty years ago. I urge you to get a copy of this CD. You'll be glad you did. Mike will post the particulars on the Forum soon. Just wanted you all to be aware of this fine job he has done. Best of luck my friend.

Mike, thanks for the kinds words, but how can you be objective, especially since I paid you $100 to say those things?
Just kidding! I can't afford a $1 worth of payola, much less a $100. Thanks so much for the kind comments.
The cd is ready, warts and all. I don't have a website and probably won't for a while. I don't have the time to maintain one. I will have some mp3 samples available shortly that I can send to your email account, so that you won't have to buy in the dark.
