Thanks Roy and you feel better. It is great getting the kind words from a Steel Guitar Hall of Famer like Jody and a fellow Western Swing Hall of Famer like you. Congratulations to you again on your induction this year from a brother inductee from 2002.

Don, thanks for your welcome. Your material is also always a part of "Swingin' West." The title tune form your new CD is now in my September Top 10

I am really touched and for the first time in my life speechless. The names that I am looking at are like my "Swingin' West" radio show play lists- Reece, Herb Steiner, Buddie Hrabal, Jack Stoner, Red Kilby, Jody Carver, Roy Ayres, Don Sulesky, Chuck Lettes. I can't thank you guys enough for all of the kind words. Also thank you so much Drew and Howard R. I will hopefully see you guys at the PSGA in Novemeber. Drew, maybe even at the Gunsmoke gig here in town. Thanks Gene Jones it is great to hear from you and I sure wish that I could get something by the great Merl Lindsey band with you on steel to give air play. I play so much of that band on my show but it is so tough to find the stuff with you on steel among his great line-up of players.

Thanks all, so very much!!!!!

This is great - welcome to the forum, Mike!
You've done more to promote Steel Guitar & Western Swing than anyone, and you've really been "one of us" all along.
So it's only fittin' for you to be a member. Image
