Looking for a Miller nameplate/logo

I am looking for a logo or nameplate for my old Miller 10-string (non-pedal) console steel. It is in near-mint condition and has the screw holes where the nameplate used to be, but it came to me without it. It is the only part missing to make this great-sounding instrument 100% perfect.

Might anyone be parting-out an old Miller steel or perhaps have a nameplate that they could sell me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
