Booth was born in Tampa, Florida and attended the University of New Mexico. At the age of 14, he won a national singing contest. He made his professional debut with the Mel Savage Band and soon toured with Jimmy Snyder.

In 1968, after founding the band Modern Country, Booth began working in Las Vegas and from there moved to clubs in California. He renamed the group the Tony Booth Band and became the house band at the Palomino in California. He cut his first single, "Big Lonely World," with K-Ark and signed to MGM in 1970, where he had his first hit with a cover of Merle Haggard’s "Irma Thompson."

Booth’s career really took off in 1972 when he scored three Top 20 hits, including "The Key’s in the Mailbox." In 1971, the Academy of Country Music named him Country Music’s Most Promising Male Artist. He was then a nominee for Male Vocalist of the Year in 1973 along with Conway Twitty, Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, Ray Price and Charley Rich.

The Tony Booth band won the Academy of Country Music Band of the Year in 1970, 1971 and 1972.The next year he had five more hits, including a cover of the Doris Day hit "Secret Love" and "When a Man Loves a Woman (The Way I Love You)." He left Capitol Records in 1975. Two years later, he recorded the single "Letting Go" with United Artists. During the 1990s, Booth played with Gene Watson’s band.

Booth was featured on over 3000 performances throughout the United States as Narrator and Band Leader of Tommy Tune’s "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas." Booth was also a member of Buck Owens’ All American Show, was a regular performer on Buck Owens’ Ranch Party television show, and made numerous appearances on Hee-Haw.

In June 26, 2006 Tony was commissioned an official Texan by Governor Rick Perry, for his contributions to Country Music in the Great State of Texas over the past 45 years.

Booth joined Heart of Texas Records in 2008 and released his first project "Is This All There Is To A Honky Tonk?" in March. The album became an immediate hit and the reviews were very kind to an artist that had not released a project in nearly thirty years. Booth, with his manager Lynn Brown, has been booking dates throughout the Southwest and his fans are proud that he is once again back on the circuit.

Heart of Texas Records released "The Essential Tony Booth" containing re-mastered versions of Tony’s biggest hits. It was released in September of 2009. His latest project is a re-release of his first two album on Capital Records. The twenty song project titled "Keys In The Mailbox/Lonesome 7-7203" is the first in a series of re-released eventually making all of Booth’s recording projects available for his fans. Booth latest studio album for Heart of Texas Records is titled The Other Side of Love.

Tamala Georgette Jones was born to the only Hall of Fame husband and wife country artists, George Jones and Tammy Wynette. She’s been singing with one or both parents since the age of three. Georgette has also toured Ireland, where she has developed a very loyal fan base.

A duet entitled "You and me and Time", which Georgette co-wrote for her Dad, was released as the first single from her Dad’s latest CD, "Burn Your Playhouse Down".

Georgette has filmed a TV series entitled "Sordid Lives" starring along side Emmy award winner Leslie Jordan (Will and Grace) and many other big stars such as, Olivia Newton-John, Bonnie Bedelia (Die Hard), Margaret Cho and others. Georgette re-recorded three of her Mom’s songs included with five songs from Olivia Newton - John in the soundtrack.

Georgette signed with Heart of Texas Records in 2009 and her debut CD "Slightly Used Woman" has gained a large following throughout the country and beyond. A video followed the release on "You And Me And Time." Her second album "Strong Enough To Cry" was released in 2011 along with her biography "The Three of Us" about growing up being the daughter of George Jones and Tammy Wynette.

"I am so excited about my new album and the opportunity to perform in front of audiences all over the country," Georgette recently said. "I am so proud of being on Heart of Texas Records and getting to create some music."
