Stage mic from last week's gig at Gaia's Garden. Just a duo - me and Hugh Harris.

The steel is my Desert Rose S-8 (Goodrich 120 pedal, Mesa/Boogie Maverick amplifier), and the recorder is a Zoom H2 sitting on the piano beside me. The vocal sound is all monitor. I thought it came out pretty good for a stage recording.

Bob,
Nice selection of easy to recognize standards. Great sound from the two of you. Cocktail drum set would sound even more authentic!

I agree with Glenn, the only thing that would have made that sound better would be a cocktail drum set (and drummer, of course). Nice job, b0b!

Harlem Nocturne! Do I hear "Lush Life" at your next recording, or maybe "Chelsea Bridge". Great playing - forget the drummer, IMHO

Wow, that is really cool! It is good to be reminded that b0b not only is the person running this show here but also an expert musician!

Nice! You were really on top of your game. Rig sounded great too.
It would be cool if you could do a set at the next Phoenix show.
