Is there a way to identify the age of a shobud maverick by its serial number.

Don Blood has a list of Sho~Bud serial numbers with manufacturing dates on his website...
Sho~Bud Serial Numbers
If you don't find your exact serial number you can guestimate based on the closest ones...

Forumite Michael Yahl also has serial number information. Here is his profile...

Thanks for the link to the website i checked and according to the closet number i could find my guitar is a very early 1976.
