Robert Nix, drummer for Roy Orbison's band The Candymen as well as Atlanta Rhythm Section passed away at a Memphis Hospital. Well's Funeral home in Batesville MS is in charge of arrangements. Robert was 67. He will be missed!!

I never met Robert. But, during the ARS days...I spent 2 years raising his daughter Gabrielle...Hope he rests in peace...

Mickey, Were those the Doraville Days for you? I wish we could have met up back then, If you ever get to Macon there's still a lot to see and do. you need to check out The Allman Bros Big House Museum
