What a treat. We had the pleasure of seeing Ray Price at nashville ,ind. last night.As always, he was in perfect form. He stated that he would be celebrating his 80th birthday this coming Jan.Mike Cass was playing steel for Ray.I must congradulate mike. His playing was absoulty beautiful. Well, he did drop his bar once and break one string. Not bad for who he Was setting beside

JW, so glad you caught Ray's show. If you will email me with your mailing address, I will send you a copy of a priceless picture of Jimmy Day, Buddy Spicher,Ray Price, Willie Nelson and Pete Wade, taken at Camden Park in Huntington, WV around 1962.

Glad you got to see Ray. Ray is one of the greatest singers ever. I have always thought that Mike Cass was one of the best steel players around.
