I just bought a MSA Studio pro. This guitar came with a Red Dirt Case with wheels. When I got the guitar the wheels on the case were cracked. I contacted the case company to see what I could do. They sent me a new set of wheels and didn't charge me for the wheels or the shipping. What a fantastic company. Thanks guys. Chuck.  |

I had a old MSA shipped to me, they drooped it ,and messed up the Case, new one I might add, Road case, from another builder, won't say who... my customer asked what case I would recommend, Texas Red Dirt, after seeing the "other" case, and knowing T.R.D. case, no comparison... Jason is building a case as we speak for the guitar...Don't waste your money on other cases, !!!...

| They are great cases, but the plastic wheel assembly holding the rubber wheel is the weak link. I believe there is a company in Irving that makes metal casings, but I've not found them yet. My case has gone thru 3 sets of wheel casings in 2 years. They never survive an airline flight. |
