The date for the 2006 Stars Of The Steel Guitar Show will be the 1st Saturday in June. This again may interfere with the show on the coast(or others) if so we apologize but this is the best date available to us by the Fiske Theatre. Also thanks to those who have shown an interest in an AR LA MS Steel Guitar Association. All comers are welcome. No details worked out as of yet. Feedback/suggestions solicited and welcome.

Thanks for the advance notice on next year's show in Oak Grove! Sounds like you guys had a great show on the 4th. I look forward to making the drive to beautiful north Louisiana next Spring.

| WoW Miss Lana! we would LOVE for you to come, will definately keep you posted! Michael, the city is Oak Grove in northeast, LA. Jeff will get it posted on your site. We had a good show thanks to all. I wouldn;t dare try to list the names I would leave someone out. Let me add this, we also had one of the best guitar players in the USA, his name is Bob Dalton. Bob is a player's player a legend in and around the AR LA MS area. We hope next year will be the best show anywhere. All pickers and singers keep us in mind when making your plans for next year. The Fiske Theatre is the south's answer to the Ryman Auditorium. A good place to be on the first Saturday in June. |
