Can someone help me find V over IV on a standard guitar

I am currently on the islands and due to humidity and salinity of the air here, I have given up on bringing steel guitars and amps to this rusty environment.

Anyways, I got me a little acoustic guitar and I am stumped in recreating IV over V and V over IV chord runs like I used to fool around with on the C6th (B6th in my case) side of the Pedal Steel tuning using the 4th pedal and the C6th 9th and 10th strings.
Maurice Anderson uses to play these a lot in his Jazz, running up and down the neck.
I never really looked deep into the physics of these chords, essentially just fooled around with them and just don't seem to hunt them down on that guitar neck with much success except some hit'n'misses.

Does anybody know how to grab these chords on a standard guitar.

I wrote 3 of each in the key of c,
so its G/F=G chord with a F bass,5/4 chord
and a F chord with a G bass.4/5 chord.
let me know if you want them in a certain key.

Thanks a lot around the globe Sam.

I had come up with the shape you posted on the top left of your second page... which is also an Fadd9... by counting on my ears... which is the voicing I was looking for and felt sounded just like what I used to play around with with the 4th pedal and alternating strings 10 and 9 at bottom moving up and down the neck in 2 and 1 fret intervals.

I'll print this out now and fool around with the rest.
