There's lots of cross-cultural stuff going on. It's a cover of Jaz-Z and Kanye West from last year, a big deal although of course I didn't know about it. And in the original, "We're gonna skate to one song, and one song only" is a sample of Will Farrell from Blades of Glory.
The pedal steel really comes up in the last minute or so. And that looks like a mando-guitar doing the soprano melodic figure thing throughout, off to the right; probably not an original Vox, maybe a TEO repro.
