SSSGC Monthly Meeting

Well guys, we had a good meeting with 9 members present. Also our best steel guitar supporters, Lynn Carney and Zelpha Ward. Of course we missed Virgil Pittman and Vance Monday. It was sure nice to have Don Halsey back too.Donnley fell at home last week and was still in a lot of pain but he did get the coffee made and brought the cookies. He left and came back to help close. It has been decided that from now on our fall jams and April convention will be on the 3rd Sat. of the month. Everyone plan their schedule accordingly. That makes the fall jams to be Sept.17th, Nov.19th and Feb.18th. Also at our next meeting July 9th election of officers will be held. Roger and Delores will be on vacation in Co. but he said elections will still go on. Hope everyone can attend and get their vote in. We will still be meeting at the old Medical Center at 304 S. Maxwell St. in Siloam Springs. Have a good week and keep steeling!
