Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald - two experiments

I've been sitting around with my broken hand all wrapped up, in pain off and on and frustrated at not being able to play. So I looked in the archives and found a slew of experimental improvised takes on Gordon Lightfoot's iconic tune I'd done on my Asher Electro about two and a half year ago.
No single take was good so I did some EQ, FX and cut & paste work to create two new experimental takes. At the time, I recall trying for a haunting quality that reflected the subject of the song. In #2, strangely, I kind of like that the melody doesn't exactly line up in tempo with the rhythm ... kind of adds to the weirdness.
