Dateline: Willcox, AZ, Sat. Mar 3 - Lots a great music and songs featuring JR Garner's "3-Wheel Drive Band w/Denny Sarver; bass/vocals, JR; guitar/vocals, Sean Garner; drums, Paul Foster; guitar/vocals -
.. AND BILLY EASTON with his beautiful 'Infinity' ("electrified") Pedal Steel Guitar. There were about a dozen other performers/singers - a top notched & well produced event and concert.

A great afternoon/evening of Marty's music - he is pleased, I'm sure.
Thank you, Billy & Muriel for the visit...John H.

Pardon my forgetfulness for not giving due credit to the producers of the this event - that would be "The Friends of Marty Robbins" www.friendspfmartyrobbins.org and John Edmonson, Musical Director and many more of their wonderful staff.

I hope some of the same group can make it to Glendale on Saturday, 17 March, for the book release event for "Twentieth Century Drifer: The Life of Marty Robbins." It will take place at at 1 P.M. in the Marty Robbins Plaza, 7003 N. 58th Ave Glendale, AZ 85301 (623) 847-2423. There will be live music, and I'll talk about writing the book.

I had the pleasure of once again being part of this show and always enjoy singing with Billy, Denny, JR and Three Wheel Drive.
Sean did a great job. He's new to the show but he pays attention and even smiles now and then.
