If anyone is in Ft. Scott, Ks on April the 30th, please stop in at the Ft. Scott Oprey. Austin has been invitited to play that night. I think the Oprey starts at 7pm. Don't know what time Austin will be playing, but I think it will last till at least 10pm. If in the area please drop in. Donna ( Proud Grandma ) |

It's great to see a youngster coming along to replenish the stock. I saw Austin in Dallas in March and he is a great and promising talent. Refreshing to watch him play. |

I knew it would be just a matter of time until my young friend, Austin, would be given a chance to let those who have not had the pleasure to hear him get the opportunity to marvel at his talent. Those of us who have had the pleasure to work with him, have long known, that this is a young man who is destined to be a great musician.
Congratulations Austin....see ya in Indy next month.

Austin was in Branson Saturday with his grandpa and grandma, and they came to see the Paul Harris Show. I told Paul that Austin was there, and Paul asked him to play on the show.
Let me tell you something, Austin did something I don't even do, and that is set in on someone else's guitar.
It is unbelievable that any one that young has as much god given talent that Austin has. Did he do a good job, You bet he did.
Austin, some day you will be the best there is. Give your grandpa a big hug for helping you like he has.
See you this Sunday in Siloam Springs.

Hi everyone. This is Austin's mom. My mother made this post & then went fishing & I didn't think to check it. Thank you all so much for your encouragement. This will be Austin's first time to pick a full show without his papa beside him. Papa will be on the front row though.
Rick Jackson: Never fear, Austin will not say a word. Terry Bethel was trying to teach him how to bow to the crowd last weekend. I hope he got through to him.
Mr. Terry Bethel: Thank you so much for the time you & Dean & Bobby have put in with Austin. He is thrilled about this oppertunity & respects you guys very much.
Randy Candler: Austin is ready to see his buddy again. Hopefully they can meet up again soon. Hope Jonathan is picking is heart out somewhere.
David Wright: We still need you as baby sitter so stick around ;-)
Ron Frederiksen: We will always remember & be with our friends at Barling. I think you & the other folks there gave Austin most of his knife collection.
Thanks again to everyone who posted their encouragement. We love each & every one of our steel guitar friends & family. Look forward to seeing you all at the shows.

I had the pleasure of playing in the Mullen room in Dallas with Austin, not only was he a good player but he was a nice well behaved respectful young guy. I wish him and his whole family the best..
