Thanks to SWSGA and the great steelers

I wish to send my thanks to the many great steelers who ask me to share the stage with them.
It is such a great privilege for me to sing with so many of the nation's fine steel guitar players.
I won't try to name all of them but I enjoy so much Chuck Back, David Wright, Terry Bethel and I had the wonderful experience of hearing Mike McGee for the first time and was allowed to deliver an "electrifying" song with him.(You had to be there)
I wish I could name them all, but I certainly remember them all.
Thank you so much for the Honor that all of you bestow upon me.
The SWSGA did a fantastic job and I am proud to be a member of a group such as this.

Ray, thank you for joining me in tribute to our dear friend, Red Kilby. (We kicked some serious butt on that tune, didn't we? Red would have loved it!)
Of course, you sounded great all weekend but that was a particularly special moment.
Take care and I'll seize you down the road, my friend.

It was great meeting you in PHX, Ray and talking music with you. You are an unbelievable vocal talent and certainly an "anchor man" when it comes to bringing a song to the stage at these steel guitar events. Keep doing what you do, Ray. Oh - and one of these times I want to hear you play that old Music Man bass of yours on stage. Joel
