Who makes these and can I find a politically/musically correct replacement fretboard for this guitar(Fender Stringmaster S8 )

I got mine from Bobbe Seymour.
He says:
These fretboards are brand new for the 22½ inch scale exactly like on the Dual Professional or Stringmaster shortscale guitars.
$49 US each.
