SSSGC meeting Jan. 8th report
Well we had a small group but still very enjoyable. David Starr is becoming a one man band. He had keyboard, steel and microphone all set up. Del Lombard, Larry Garrettt, and Bill Myrick were the other steel players. Visitors were Agnes Long, Betty Starr and Leon Dixon. We missed our drummer Clark Cox and our steel players Gerald Sparks and Virgil Pittman. Clark said he would be there next month, good Lord willing. We also had vocals by David Starr, Donley Harrington and myself. I also heard Bill Myrick singing to Larry Garrett. Guess next month we'll have a mike for you too Bill! See ya in February!
