Push/pull + Emmons volume pedal - am I missing something?

Hi all,
Just got my first push/pull, and an Emmons VP (drop-pin) that I bought separately. Is there supposed to be some kind of bracket that the rubber feet sit on? Right now, it just sort of flops around, which is obviously not going to work.
Thanks!
Tim

there should be a flange on the pedal crossbar for the feet to rest upon and the thumbscerws on the pedal bracket adjust for a firm fit

Tim:
There shoud be two small brackets screwed to the pedal bar for the feet to sit on. These are aluminum about 3/4 by 2 or something. you can go to Emmons webb site and find them or make them your self.
If you look on the bottom of the pedal bar you will see the screw holes.

If it is an old Emmons, you will have another piece of block aluminum that mounts to the inside of the pedal rack above the two foot support tabs and about the center of the inside of the rack. The drop pin is supposed to go down through the hole in the top of the pedal rack, then down through the tie rod end that is mounted to the volume pedal, then through this block. It stabilized the pedal. You usually see this block removed and two mystery holes in the pedal rack.

Parts # 6172 (two needed) and SOP8-32250ZU (four needed).
I don't see the top bracket for the drop pin pedals, but you could probably make up any or all of these parts pretty easily, or have them made, if they're not available through the Emmons Co..

Thanks, guys. I made up a funkily (new word!) shaped one-piece that is working very well.
