Last week the bracket holding the retractable handle on my seat broke. Joe immediately sent me a replacement, a better, stronger one, free of charge.

Joe makes a fine seat, and clearly stands behind his product. Aside from this incident, I've been very happy with the seat ever since I got it. It's a big improvement over my other one (which shall remain nameless.)

Thanks Joe. You are a credit to our community.

I understand that playing Jazz has a tendency to break seats because of the "Big Fat Chords"played on "C6th",course I could be lying!!
