Here is a mod my buddy put on his emmons s10 push pull. Notice the wooden platform attached, as well as the extended arms.

being a long legged fellow with size 13 feet i must say as hokey as it looks seems like it would be much more comfortable then the standard setup. |

A double width body (s/d-10) would do essentially the same without looking like Rube Goldberg contraption. Just my take on it. The angle of the leg is the important dimension, IMHO. I'm 6'2" w/size 11s and could never feel comfortable with a single neck body even tho I only play one tuning. _________________ Larry Bell - email: larry@larrybell.org - gigs - Home Page

Maybe he has knee problems which won't let him fully bend (flex) his left knee |

That looks more Red Green than Rube Goldberg. But it accomplishes the task. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

But it sure is comfortable. I like the looks of it. It feels like your in the cockpit of a jet sitting behind his setup. Custom chair and armwrests too. _________________ Mullen G2 SD10 , Lil Izzy Buffer, Goodrich 120 volume pedal, Boss DD-7, Peterson Strobo flip, Peavey Nashville 112 |
