After several years of good service my Hilton pedal developed a problem. It quit working during a jam session. I adjusted the cut off pot and it started back to working. During the rest of the session it would cut out and sounded distorted momentarily. Does anyone know what to do to correct this issue. _________________ EMCI Double 10,Session 400,Webb 614E and Gretsch Nashville Pro Steel Amp, Keith Hilton Digital Sustain pedal and Seymour Duncan KTG -1, Hughes&Kettner BATT

Sounds like a possible dirty pot. Run that pot from one end to the other a couple of times then set it where you want. If that doesn't fix it you will have to contact Keith Hilton.
I have tape over the adjustment holes in my Hilton volume pedal. Keeps dirt from getting inside and possibly causing the problem you have. |

Thanks Jack, that makes perfectly good sense. I emailed Keith this morning and am waiting on his reply also. _________________ EMCI Double 10,Session 400,Webb 614E and Gretsch Nashville Pro Steel Amp, Keith Hilton Digital Sustain pedal and Seymour Duncan KTG -1, Hughes&Kettner BATT
