I have a Peavey Power Slide which I don't use. Once you get above the 5th fret the intonation is all over the place. I had thought about buying a multi-bender and putting it on. I can't seem to find the demensions of that unit to know if it would fit. Any info or suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Al |

The baseplate on my Duesenberg measures 3 1/4" x 2 7/8". I don't know anything about the Powerslide so I can't advise about how the multibender would work for that particular guitar. Multibenders on lap steels are a lot of fun but have there limits. |

Al, Thanks for the measurements. It looks like it won't fit without major revamp. So much for that idea. I am going to sell PowerSlide and maybe buy a Doozy Pomona. I checked on one from a European seller. They don't charge the VAT if sent to US. That cuts a lot off the price. If I remember right it was $1540.00 US with shipping. Thanks again a whole bunch for the response. |

Allen,
This is how I mounted a Hipshot Trilogy on one of Lonny Spector's Lapdancers.

I purchased a heavy brass bridge and nut from Rukavina Guitars. He makes these for lap steel. I now have lots of sustain and good intonation. |
