I will for the first time in my 35 + years of playin steel be at The Ryman with Marshall Tucker!
Tommy White, tell me how to handle the nerves when playing on that stage?
I'll be truly honored and amazed to set my steel up on a stage that my heroes have played on. Especially Tommy White!
Two shows so I hope to see some steel friends there!

Oh a first timer? In the old days the staff steelers gave the 1st timers a pretty good hazing.
Maybe Tommy will only pull up a chair and watch you're every move. That shouldn't be too bad ? Right. 
All kidding aside. Have a great time. And I hope every note comes out just like you want.

That's great Kenny! No other place like the Ryman. Like Bobby explained, used to be a real nerve challenge with the likes of
Weldon Myrick hanging over your shoulder, missing picks, bar or the sneaky fret board displacement trick. Oh and don't forget to pay the plug-in fee! |

Mr. Boggs, you are a new awesome friend i have and coming from you it's pretty cool!
Tommy White sitting in a chair beside me? Well i'm nervous if he is in the same room i'm standing in much less him beside me trying to play!
Mr. White my world's #1 steel player and my best steel buddy, to have you make a comment is an honor!
Just to know i will be on a stage you have played, well words can't describe my feelings.
I may only get to do this one time so i plan on just sitting there with a few tears and wish my daddy was alive to see it.
