Knee Levers: Tightened or Loose?

Fwiw, you may find that a significant number of players
want a combination whereby all knees are relatively tight
except for the ones that are neccesary to leave loose to
make it easy to move the left leg between the confines
of the E9 left levers and the C6 middle levers.
