Steel player named " Webster" ??

Hello again.
No results on my 2 previous requests for some unknown 45`s,but here`s another one that I found.
The record is by "The Countrymen" and the tune is "Countrymen swing" Label is Fargo,difficult to read where the label is located. The tune is written by a "Webster",and since this is an original instrumental,I believe,it made me think the steelplayer is someone "Webster".
Anyone out there who knows a steeler with that name?
The sample of the instrumental is at the last half of the soundclip.
