The guy with the "flag" shirt is Bill Jobes from the Kansas City, Mo area.

Bill usually shows up at the Convention with a tux and an "Emmons" derby hat.

I remember Bill from many years ago when we both had plenty of black hair.

That was always one of the classiest acts. Bill and his wife along with Jeff and Fran would dress to the nines on Saturday night at the convention and stroll the ballroom together. Never forget that.
