New Tune on the Lap Steel

Post by Chuck S. Lettes »

Here's an original tune, based on the l950s rocker, Runaround Sue, the story of a tart who goes out with other guys. I started to work it up on the sax (Horns of Plenty), but then decided to include the lap steel. Hope you enjoy the arrangement.

Nice Chuck, that's really fun! Enjoyed the lap steel and horns together. Great arrangement.

Thanks, guys. Glad you like the arrangement. I have always loved the sound of steel guitar and saxophone, so your positive comments are music to my ears.
