The Florida Steel Guitar Club's November 2004 Meeting/Steel Jam will be Wednesday, November 10th, 2004, at 6PM. Location is Catfish Johnny's Restaurant, CR470, Lake Panasoffkee, Fl. (our regular Meeting/Jam place).
The FSGC Club holds monthly Meetings/Steel Jams the second Wednesday of each month. Lake Panasoffkee is exit 321 on I75, approximately 60 miles west of Orlando and about the same distance north of Tampa.

With the "Snobirds" starting their trek south we should have even bigger crowds at our jams. I hear some new players will join us this month.

Catfish Johnny has redecorated the place with all new tables and chairs and new carpet on the stage.
Plus Jack Stoner has done some fine tuning on the PA System.
Should be a very good meeting/jam.

We want to thank the nearly 100 folks who came to our Jam and meeting last night.
We had a great time and the Club is off to another great year of picking.
I want to thank those who traveled over 2 hours to come and join us. It shows the great interest and love of the Pedal Steel Guitar we have here in Central Florida.

Don, Blake, Jack, Ernie, Bud, Bernie, etc.

Sorry I couldn't be there to experience the improvements. I'm anxious to show off my new Excel Superb -- but it looks like I won't be back until the January jam.

My best to all from Tennessee -- where a new grandson just showed up Tuesday: Brian Timothy Martin -- all 7lbs 7 ounces of him.
