I don't know how to post videos on the forum so forgive me. I know you all have seen the one with Jeanie Sealy and The Big "E" doing Mr. Record Man. My question is, Who is the steeler on the Sho-Bud in the background.

There are 2 excellent and legendary steel guitarists in the staff band. Walter Haynes is the great country steel guitarist and record producer in the house band sitting behind the Sho-Bud on the right. None other than the "Master of Touch and Tone" Jerry Byrd behind the Sho-Bud on the left, playing acoustic guitar.
Jeannie has told me , Buddy's playing complimented her voice as no other steel player did back then.
Jeannie has a new CD available that I had the honor to play on. She really let the studio band and me cut loose on every song.
Jeannie is just a great lady and great musician advocate.

Odds on the "Don't Touch Me" clip is a live recording of the guitar BE recorded the "Touch My Heart" LP with. The show is from Oct 14, 1966. The last session for the "TMH" LP is Nov 1, 1966 with Price & BE cutting the song "Just for the Record."

BE's Price/Columbia sessions are Sept 26, 1962 to Nov 1, 1966.

The "Mr. Record Man" clip is from 1967. Great singer.
