Ron's CD is a keeper for any steelers collection.
He has put to disc that which could only be the reflection of years of playing. As a contempary of Buddy Emmons Ron is showing his absolute ability on his instrument. As a road musicion Ron was able to bring those long hours of travel to his music in a smooth and soulful playing style.
I first met Ron when he was with Jack Green. And although this is an often overused statement, the wine does get better with age. Ron is right on target. I can only say "Well Done" and look forward to the next release.
