"Changes" happen to many plans that we make in our lives! So many of us have been planning and looking forward to the last weekend of July. All of you that are planning on coming to the Branson show, please don't change your mind! And you that are planning on coming to PLAY in the Steel Guitar Show, please don't change your mind! You that have been planning to come and play in the band, ahhh, Mr. Roy Rosetta, ahhh, Mr. David Bird, ahhh, Mr. Rick Boyer, ahhh, Mr.Adam Guidry, ahhh, Mr. Buddy Lewis, ahhh, Mr. Russ Burns, and the cooks that are planning on bringing their delicious food, please don't change your mind and stay home. Let's hope that one thing changes, this HOT WEATHER! If you're on talking terms with our Lord, pray that cooler weather will settle in, that last weekend of the month, and please, no severe storms!!! That's the Super Event Branson Show, July 29, 30, and 31 at the Community Center!

I'm sitting here thinking about next weekend here in the beautiful Ozarks, hoping and praying that everyone that's coming to the Steel Guitar Show will have a safe round-trip journey and not have any vehicle trouble! I'm thinking about all the wonderful players that have confirmed their spot on the program! I hope nothing goes wrong with their instruments and equipment and that they all arrive good and healthy and I know they'll be at their best. My hat goes off to those that are coming from a long way off and also to those that live close by. We're really excited you all have accepted the OzSGA's invitation to be here. I hope everyone will be comfortable with their accomodations at the Branson Towers. I think you'll like this new hotel! I'd like to give each of you a personal invitation to be with us in the church service Sunday morning at 10:00. Venda and I will be singing and playing and I'll be giving a short message. We're looking forward to seeing everyone!! This all begins Friday, July 29 and goes all day Saturday and Sunday. It's at the Branson Community Center!! May God bless you and keep you safe!!
