Werly Fairburn and the Delta Boys doing an Al Terry Tune, "Good Deal Lucille." This is a 1954 Capitol Records release. Werly is best known as a rockabilly artist, but his roots are pure Louisiana. While "Good Deal Lucille" is very Jambalaya-esque, it's also quite different.
