I will be going next week to Highlands, North Carolina to start a 4 week run of Always, Patsy. It will be playing at the Highlands Playhouse that sits right downtown 1 block off Main Street. I played the show there a few years ago and had great crowds and am looking forward to another great run with a super cast. The gal playing Patsy is Cindy Summers from Kansas and is a fantastic choice because she sings great, has studied Patsy's mannerisms, and has the looks and wardrobe to authenticate her portrayal of Patsy Cline to a tee! If you've not see this show, and live within driving distance, do yourself a favor and call Highlands Playhouse for tickets. We'll be doing 6 shows per week (8:00pm on Tues. thru Sat. evenings and a Sunday matinee at 2:00pm).

Also, if any one is interested in getting together for some one-on-one lessons I will be staying in Highlands for the run and will have plenty of time during the daytime hours. Give me a call or drop me an email to discuss.

If you have never heard Tommy play steel, the trip would be worth that alone. He is one of my favorite steel players and one more nice gentleman.

Tommy is a great guy. There's one thing he did a few years ago, that'll make me always speak well of Tommy.

We enjoyed Tommy's great licks in "Patsy" here in Atlanta some time back, and enjoyed every minute of it. Very well rehearsed and some fine pickin'.
