Is it possible to use a Session 400 reverb tank with a Session 400 Limited amp with an adapter connection (RCA to Molex)? Or maybe the tank is not electronically compatible? Otherwise, I need to find a Session 400 Limited tank.
Thanks,
Dennis

Same tank will work in both.

Most of the early Peavey steel amps had 2 spring tanks (4EB2C1B) and the later ones used 3 spring tanks (9EB2C1B). Both have similar input and output impedances and will interchange.

I've found that the "X"EB2C1B were used a lot in all the SS driven units. 70's Acoustic Control, Peavey, Rickenbacker, and most of the SS driven Fender.

I need the schematic (in,out/pos,neg) for the Limited. It has 4 male pins and my old tank has RCA connections. Can anyone guide me?
Thanks,
Dennis

The tank end of the Peavey harness is male RCA connections and the other end is a 5 pin Molex connector with 4 pins used.
