Anyone have it? I hope y'all are catching him on the Country Family Reunion shows. What a band!

E9 same as Paul's but with RKR and LKR exchanged, but no feel stop on the F# raises, and no str 8 pull on the C pedal. Vertical is str 6 lowering to F# as I recall.
This is what was on his ShowPro in Dallas 2010, he said it's the same as his others.

Yes Dean your right, I had a play on his Show Pro at Dallas last year and it was very similar to my setup - E9th at least! Awesome guitar by the way

Hi Bob. I think this link to Paul's copedent is current.
http://www.paul-franklin.com/talking.html
He stated on a thread last year that he once used the 6th string G# to E lower and still had it on one guitar, but uses the G# to B raise on the others. Perhaps he will drop in and inform us of his most recent changes.

Bob,
You need to come to Nashville sometime and I'll take ya to see Mike perform live with his band "45 RPM". They are AWESOME!

Here are the tunings and pedal arrangements that Clem Schmitz put on Mike Johnson’s just-received Emmons Rosewood PP. He is currently changing over Mike's wood neck push-pull (using Clem's new hybrid system) to this setup.
E9
C6

Thanks, for that, Ernie. Mike's red P/P is aluminum necks w/ Lawrence 705's?
thx

These aren't exactly the charts for the red push-pull. They are close though. These are for the rosewood push-pull Mike just took delivery on.
Yes, I was told Mike's red push-pull has aluminum necks and 705's.

The LKR on C6 should be "F" and not "F#."

And he lowers his 9th string (E9th) to C#

It's amazing what sleep deprivation can do.
Yes, to C#. I'm going to have to redo this if there's any more.

I don't know how I did it. My E9th is exactly like his but it just doesn't sound the same for some reason.

Yes Dick, I seem to have that very same problem. Just maybe, now that is just maybe, we need it touched by the magic hand.
