MSA Classic Serial # help-Delete Please

Post by Derek DiLaura »

I inherited an MSA Classic Pedal Steel from an Uncle a few years ago. I heard him play it many times and it sounded beautiful.
I play the banjo & suppose he left this to me because I'm the only other one in the family that plays anything........
I have never used it, and never will so am thinking of selling it. The only number I can find on it is 2C4867. It's curly maple with an inlay on it, quite nice. I'd guess it's around 70 pounds in the case.
Can anyone tell me when it was made and anything else about it?

Thanks,

Derek

Been playing banjo for about 5 years, a newbee at the 6 string lap steel. I'm never going to be as good as I want to be at either, just keep plugging away.
