Last night I went to the Maverick Saloon. Good authentic country music! Great vocals and guitar by Kevin Banford, beautiful steel by Danny Naccarato, Jesse Harris played that telecaster like it should sound, and although I didn't get their names, the guys on bass and drums kept a driving, perfect rhythm during the whole non-stop, 3-hour show. See and hear this great band if you get the chance, they're playing again tonight.

I used to play with Rancho Deluxe when Jesse Harris was on guitar, have to say Jesse is one of the very best around. I knew his Dad back in the day, Greg Harris with the Burrito Bros.
