What gauge would you recommend for open E, D, and G dobro tunings?

For standard G tuning on dobro I use the D'Addario EJ42 set,
hi2lo: .016, .018, .026w, .035w, .045w, .056w

I use the same strings for E tuning, and for D tuning I increase the low string to .058 or .059, depending on which works best with the slot in the bridge insert.

Talk about a small world-

Hey Cody,

It was a blast jamming with you at 'The Bone'
in Dallas last weekend.

Buy a copy of Andy Volk's book- Slide Rules.
It will tell you everything, and you will refer to
it for years.

Barney ( Bass that night )
