The DOBRO assembly/factory moved to Gibson's store in the 12th/Church St area. It is a 3-4 story building with a Gibson Guitar Headstock outside on the building. You can't miss it.

Does it still have the windows to watch the dobros being made?

No. They would have to escort you downstairs and through the shop floor.
