KEN FOX Great Customer Service!!!

I don`t guess this will be news to anyone who has dealt with Ken, but when someone goes the extra mile for me, I need to post it.
I have Kens intense mod on my NV400, and added the most recent chip upgrade. I mentioned to Ken in Dallas that the reverb tail was too long, and was a bit noisy. He really couldn`t stand the thought of it not working right, and insisted I send it to him, which I did.
Turns out my pan was trashed, and my connections were poor, wires frayed, etc..
He spent major bench time, replaced cables,some connectors, alot of work. If you took your amp to anyone else, best of luck. Ken, thanks so much for all you do. A great asset to the steel community
