Ron is just about to finish up his new cd, titled "From Our Good Times", which we will have available for the St. Louis convention.
It is a true country cd featuring Ron in his own special style. Anyone not attending the convention can order it direct from Ron. Just give us a shout. Thanks for all your support for Ron and his music through the years.
Musically yours,
Leslie

Send some down with Russ Hicks to sell at Saluda. Would love to see you guys down there in the future.

Tell him to rule that 2nd set at the NTSGA Jam with an Iron Fist. Those other two guys on it with him are troublemakers.

I was privledged to get to hear a preveiw of Ron's new CD last week and I will say that what I've heard is wonderful, Ron's great touch, tone, and general mastery of this instrument is amazing...his selection of songs leaves nothing to be desired.Ron can make a ballard exciting with the way he will slide in a phrase which sometimes reminds me of a close call in baseball, and he is always called SAFE!!! This is one the average listener will enjoy and the steel players who listen can also play referee! And I get to hear some more today! I want to get on the list for my copy, thank you Ron and Leslie

Ron,
Are you going to have any tabs available for songs off the CD? I've got a couple of cassettes of yours along with the tabs from a few years ago and I really think they're great!

Hope it is as good as Ron's Peace in the Valley tape, that is one of my favorites.

Erv, I'll have rhythm tracks on CD, but on things so simple, I think tabs wouldn't be much help,..I guess it just depends on the response to the CD and the amount of requests for the tabs. Thanks so much for asking,..we'll just play it by ear. Ron E
